​Direct Support Staff specific to Windom Individual:​

 

DAC is looking for a person to work direct support hours with a person living in Windom. Hours would be Mondays and Thursdays from 5:00 - 8:00 and every other Saturday. Saturday has flexible scheduling and can be based around staffing availability and/or activities for 3-6 hours at a time. Direct support service could include assisting with meal prep, household chores, fun activities within the home or within the community, grocery shopping and other IADLS. Starting wage is $17.00 for training and a $2.00/hour addition for hours worked with the person ($19.00). Benefits include ESSL, paid holidays, Aflac, Simple IRA, and Paid Minnesota Leave. DAC is now hiring Direct Support Professionals. DSPs provide direct care to individuals served by the DAC. This could be at our local worksite, within their homes, and/or job coaching in the community. DSPs create social opportunities and promote community involvement.
