Jackson County DAC is hiring for a DSP for Individualized Home Supports position. This position is full time and offers flexibility in working with multiple individuals supported by the DAC providing direct support and individual care. This position will be primarily in the community and in people's homes. This position includes assisting people with personal cares, medication set-up, grocery shopping, transportation to medical appointments, socialization and community involvement and/or house cleaning. Position is scheduled Monday - Friday with hours of 9:00 - 5:00. Full-time benefits include PTO, Retirement Accounts, local gym membership, life insurance, paid holidays and AFLAC. Starting wage of $17.00/hour with an additional $2.00 per hour differential for in-home work. This person will have a set number of individuals to meet with each week in their homes. Paid mileage and/or company car provided.  Valid driver's license required, reliable transportation and ability to pass a Minnesota DHS background study. Direct Support Staff - Evening In-Home Position

We are hiring evening hours from 5:00 - 8:00 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays for an individual in Windom. We also have an opening for Thursday evenings from 5:30 - 8:00 for an individual in Jackson.  Starting wage of $17.00/hour plus an additional $2.00 per hour differential for in-home work.
