The Jackson County DAC accepts monetary donations through check, money order, or you can donate now using our online "Donate" link to the left.
Treasure Chest Donations
Treasure Chest Donations
The DAC also accepts donations for the DAC Treasure Chest. These donations include clothing, shoes, accesories, knick-knacks, household utensils, books, bedding, seasonal decor, and anything else that you feel would look nice in our store. Any item donated that is not used in our store or does not sell is passed along to other local organizations in need of items. All funds received from our store sales goes back into our program to provide additional educational opportunities and supports to the individuals served by the DAC.
Clothing
Clothing
The DAC accepts any kind of clothing. It does not matter if it is new, used, stained, torn, or wrinkled. Any clothing item that is not store quality will be used to fulfill rag contracts for local businesses. Our individuals cut-up clothing, bedding, or material that is at least 50% cotton for rags, which in turn are sold to local businesses for their employees.
